Local real estate firm merges with ERA Strother Real Estate

In August, local Real Estate Firm, The Real Estate Guys, merged with ERA Strother Real Estate. ERA Strother Real Estate is an award-winning premier real estate firm with offices covering the Sandhills of North Carolina.

ERA Strother Real Estate shared a quote from co-owner of The Real Estate Guys’ Sam Guy on their social media: “We are looking forward to a great relationship and being able to serve our clients and community on a larger scale.” Guy also confirmed that he believes the two firms complement one another and can enhance the firm’s service level while still being able to keep their family name.

Originally founded in April 2010, The Real Estate Guys has been serving the area with a unique family approach. Sam, along with his brother Neill Guy, wanted to provide top-level real estate service to the Fayetteville Community.

President of ERA Strother Real Estate Hampton Rutledge expressed his excitement for the merger. In a quote shared on social media, Rutledge shared that “Anytime you're able to bring in someone like 'The Real Estate Guys' who not only have name recognition within this community but also have the same goals and values as you, it's a huge win for everyone.”
