TeamLogic IT of Eastern North Carolina expands through acquisition

TeamLogic IT of Eastern North Carolina recently announced to its customers that it has been acquired by a fellow TeamLogic IT franchise owner, Pratik Roychoudhury. 

 

Roychoudhury, president, and CEO of eleven TeamLogic IT franchise locations, comes from an extensive technology and IT leadership background. His experience in technology  and the experience of his management team and their practices will be a key resource for North Carolina clients following this change. 

 

This expansion will make TeamLogic IT of Eastern North Carolina part of the largest TeamLogic IT MSP in the franchise network, with over 50 employees. 

Founder and Owner of TeamLogic IT of Eastern NC Marty Cayton (Editor’s note: Cayton is the publisher of Greater Fayetteville Business Journal.) will be moving into an advisory role as the transition is being made. Jaron Cayton will retain his position as executive vice president of the North Carolina locations. All other NC support staff remain the same as well.

 

TeamLogic IT staff expressed that they remain dedicated to providing top-level customer care through the transition and beyond.
