Hutchens Law Firm attorneys named on Best Lawyers List for 2023

Fayetteville based law firm Hutchens Law Firm LLP is receiving national recognition as seven of their employees have been named as apart of the Best Lawyers List, 2023 Edition.

Recognition by Best Lawyers is based on peer review, employing a five step process to receive nominations and gather peer reviews, feedback analysis and confirm eligibility before naming the winners.

The attorneys from Hutchens Law Firm LLP received recognition on the list across two categories total. “The Best Lawyers in America” list include:

William L. Senter, for his work in workers’ compensation and claimants. Senter has received this recognition consecutively since 2015.
Joseph J. Vonnegut for his work in bankruptcy and creditor debtor Rights/insolvency and reorganization law. Vonnegut has been recognized in this category annually since 2016.
Hilton T. Hutchens, Jr. for his work in litigation - real estate. This is the second time Hilton has received this recognition, he was first honored in 2021.
Managing Partner H. Terry Hutchens for his work in mortgage banking foreclosure law. Terry has received this recognition annually since 2010.
J. Scott Flowers for his work in commercial litigation; this is the third year in a row Flowers has received this recognition.
Susan R. Benoit for her work in Real Estate Law. Benoit has received this recognition annually since 2019.
Attorney Davis W. Puryear also received recognition in the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” category for his work in corporate law. This is the third time Davis has received this recognition.
