Professionals from the world’s leading open-source software company, Red Hat, will be at Fayetteville Technical Community College on Oct. 13 to discuss job opportunities and training available in the information technology sector.
Guests can attend up to four sessions about how learning and being well-versed in Linux and other Linux-based technologies can help propel IT careers. Attendees will have the option to ask questions, connect and converse with representatives from Red Hat and learn about Red Hat training opportunities offered at FTCC.
The event is free to attend and open to everyone. It will be held from noon to 3 p.m. in Room 108 of FTCC’s General Classroom Building at 2817 Fort Bragg Road.
FTCC offers two Red Hat programs to students:
