Coldwell Banker Advantage announces Lisa Geddie as new president for Sandhills Region

The Coldwell Banker Advantage Sandhills Region will be under new leadership following the promotion of former Senior Vice President Lisa Geddie to her new position as President. Along with her new title, Geddie will be taking responsibility for offices in Fayetteville, Southern Pines/Pinehurst, Cameron and Sanford.

Geddie started her career with CBA in 2006 at their Fayetteville office. After gaining attention as a top producer, Geddie continued to rise through the ranks in various leadership roles within the company.

Chief Executive Officer Ralph Huff, who has also served as company President,

announced the news about Geddie’s new role during a sales meeting of agents and

support staff on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022.

“I’m delighted to promote Lisa to the position of President of the Sandhills Division of

Coldwell Banker Advantage,” Huff said in a press release. “Her dedication to our company for nearly 17 years is beyond reproach, and her character sets an example for us all to follow.”

Geddie is known for her strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and passion

for helping others. “I consider myself a servant leader, working closely with every agent,

manager and employee in this company to best serve our home buyers and sellers,”

Geddie said in a press release.

She also added that she has learned from the example set by the company’s ownership

partners, Ralph Huff and Suzanne Pennink, and the standards set by Coldwell Banker

corporate and their parent company Anywhere Real Estate Inc., formerly Realogy.

Geddie has received several recognitions throughout the course of her career, including earning the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation. She is also a graduate of the Ascend Executive Leadership Experience, a rigorous 46-week program.

In 2010, Geddie was promoted to Broker-in-Charge for CBA’s downtown office. In 2012,

She was named Director of Operations. In 2016, Geddie was named Regional General Manager with an emphasis on implementing new programs and cultivating existing ones. In 2020, she was promoted to Senior VP.

Geddie has also served in a number of community organizations including as a past President of the Longleaf Pine Realtors, Inc., as a member of the association’s Board of Directors and is a member of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville. In

addition, Geddie has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fayetteville

Chamber.
