Taylor Group Realty enters partnership with Coldwell Banker Advantage

On Oct. 20 Taylor Group Realty became affiliated with Coldwell Banker Advantage Real Estate Inc. 

All real estate brokers with Coldwell Banker are independent contractors. All real estate agents and teams that work with Coldwell Banker are sole proprietors of their own businesses.  

Coldwell Banker Advantage’s Broker-in-Charge, PSA, C2EX Michael Solomon shared more details about this new development with Greater Fayetteville Business Journal. The partnership was first proposed about a month ago when the Taylors called Coldwell Banker Advantage and expressed interest in contracting with Coldwell Banker in order to grow their business. 

When asked about the mutual benefits of this partnership, Solomon responded: “Long-term growth for their team for the Taylor group realtors, if this was going to be the, you know, they were looking for a place that they could park their team and grow their business and grow their team, you know, personnel-wise and business-wise. For us, you know, we want to make sure and I think this is an important part of it. We want to make sure we're affiliating with like-minded business professionals that want to grow their business and want to be affiliated with the best.”

“For me, I'm most excited because I know the Taylors are great people of high moral character, and I know that the sales that they bring to the table will help us, Coldwell Banker, grow as a company as well. So like-minded individuals of good morals and good ethics and good business principles,” shared Solomon. 

Solomon expressed that he and the rest of the company are incredibly excited about this partnership.
