Cumberland County Employees complete Cumberland County Leadership Academy

Twenty five staff members with Cumberland County are celebrating a job well done after completing the Cumberland County Leadership Academy on Dec. 9. The college level training program is provided in collaboration with UNC Wilmington and is for organizational employees in leadership roles, or those who aspire to be in leadership roles. Classes are offered monthly over a 2-year period and over a span of 60 hours.
