Lyons Group Realty plans grand opening in downtown Lillington

Downtown Lillington is continuing to expand with the addition of the Lyons Group Realty office which will be officially open to the public in January of 2023.
The group partnered with the Lillington Chamber of Commerce to host a grand opening ceremony on Friday Jan. 6 at 12:00 p.m. at 1030 S Main Street in Lillington.
The group was started by Lillington local Misty Lyons who received her real estate license in 2019. Following the passing of her late husband in 2017, Lyons decided to go into business for herself and after remarrying, Misty and her new husband Miles went into business together creating Lyons Group Realty. After starting out, the group has continued to grow into a team of at least nine agents.
“We started out as a husband wife duo and then we got really, really busy. In 2020 I closed 52 properties by myself, so we had to bring on agents, you know, to take on some of our leads, and we just needed help,” said Lyons. “It's harder to get a storefront in the Lillington area just because you know, the downtown area is getting really busy. So, we were offered the opportunity to have the storefront there and we started remodeling in August.”
