Longleaf Pine REALTORS® to host 2023 State of the Real Estate Market event

Longleaf Pine REALTORS® is excited to present their annual review and projections for the real estate market. Their 2023 State of the Real Estate Market event will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 10 a.m. Longleaf Pine REALTORS® CEO Zan Monroe and 2010 Past President of Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Dave Evans will host this one-hour event which can accommodate 40 audience members in-person and additional attendees can join on Zoom to stream the event live.

Carolina Core Regional Economic Development Director Loren Hill is also on board to be the third speaker for the event.

During the event the speakers will look back at the 2022 market, analyze the current market, and make predictions regarding the future of the housing market.

For 2022, they will review statistics and break the year into two parts to compare trends.

For the present market, Monroe and Evans will explain why to buy a house today, whether you’re asking that question on behalf of yourself or your clients.

When looking towards the future, speakers will review potential opportunities in the upcoming year based on market analysis.

In person registration has been closed due to the 40 person limit being met; however, registration to attend the event virtually remains open.
