Fortuna BMC CEO named as finalist for 2022 AFN CEO Awards

Smith is one of three finalists for the 2022 AFN CEO Awards for the for the Leader of the Future Award

A Chief Executive Officer of a new addition to Fayetteville is in the running to receive recognition from a global community of CEO’s as an up and coming leader. Fortuna BMC CEO Jack Smith has been named as a finalist for the 2022 Annual CEO Awards created by the Advantage Foundry Network. Smith is one of three nominees for the Leader of the Future Award.

According to the AFN website, “the Leader of the Future Award recognizes the CEO who understands that our changing environment needs new ways to lead and succeed in our complex modern global economy.”

“This CEO incorporates cutting-edge practices to make their organization more effective and make the future workforce a reality today,” said AFN CEO Matt Sitter in a press release. “Our Leader of the Future nominees is creating an environment for success in their companies by empowering and inspiring their teams, charging into new markets, and leading inside and outside of their organizations.”

The veteran-centric company, based out of McClellan Park California, came to Fayetteville in November of 2022.

The Fayetteville location serves as main headquarters for Operations.
