KS Bank opening full-service branch in Dunn

KS Bank has received regulatory approval from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the North Carolina Commissioner of Banks to open a full-service branch in Dunn.

In May 2022, KS Bank opened a Loan Production Office in Dunn, managed by Judy Page, Commercial Relationship Manager, and received a tremendous response. The bank recently purchased property at 206 W. Broad St., Dunn, NC 28334, on which it intends to build the new branch.

Earl W. Worley, Jr., President/CEO, said in a press release, “We are proud to be joining the Dunn community. We have been overwhelmed with the welcome we have received with the opening of our Loan Production Office. Our goal is to provide the people of Dunn with the best in community banking. In order for us to provide the best, we needed to be in Dunn with a full-service office. KS Bank’s products and services are designed to meet the needs of our clients, and our award-winning customer service emphasizes the importance of local relationships. We look forward to welcoming our Dunn friends and neighbors into the new branch!”

The new branch will offer a full range of deposit and loan products for individuals and businesses. Customers will be able to utilize in-branch and drive-thru teller service, as well as 24-hour access to their funds through an ATM. They can also bank online or via KS Bank’s mobile app. 

Construction on the new facility is set to begin in late summer with a projected opening date in the first quarter of 2024.
