Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce preparing to move into new office space

The Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce will be preparing to move in the coming months into the organization's new office located at 1047 Murchison Rd in Bronco MidTown, formerly known as Bronco Square.

The decision to relocate from the Chamber’s current office in the Festival Park Building at 225 Ray Avenue was made by the Chamber’s Board of Directors last year under an Interim CEO, but now new CEO and President Nat Robertson will play a critical part of the process moving forward.

“We're still working on a few elements too, so that we can get this finalized,” shared Chairman of the Board Gary Rogers. "He will be the one who facilitates that move, he will make sure that it's smooth but he's also put out some pretty big visions for us moving forward.”

The move has been anticipated by the community since Fall of 2022. The Chamber will be in suites 120 and 122 and will be located next to the Fayetteville- Cumberland Regional Entrepreneur and Business Hub which opened last September.

According to Robertson, the lease has been signed and the goal is to be moved in and fully operational by Aug. 1 but that isn’t where his plans for the Chamber end.

“I look at that as a temporary home for us. My goal is to start a building fund in January and raise enough money for the Chamber to purchase their own building,” shared Robertson. “Starting in 2024, we're celebrating our 125th anniversary of being a Chamber and serving this community and to my knowledge, we've never had our own home. Think about the rent we’ve paid in 125 years! So I'm excited to start a building fund and for us to own our own building.”

The suites are currently under renovation. Other construction projects in the works in Bronco MidTown include a free standing Chick-fil-A building anticipated to be complete in late 2023/ early 2024.
