Daniel Terracciano has been elected President of the Fayetteville Police Foundation.
Terracciano attended East Carolina University and obtained an undergraduate degree in Business and Exercise Physiology as well as a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Health Care Management. He has also completed the Emerging Leaders Program as a part of the Executive Education at Yale School of Management.
Following school, Terracciano worked in new business development for Cintas Corporation and then moved into the Medical Device arena, spending over a decade with industry leaders such as Medtronic Corporation and CooperSurgical Company as a National Sales Director, amongst other roles.
Terracciano stated in a press release “Public Safety is in the fabric of who I am along with the values that have been instilled in me. My father, uncle, and brother-in-law were all in law enforcement. My mother and sister both worked as civilians within the fire department of the town where I grew up. Although my career path has taken me in a different direction, it is important that I find a way to honor the work and the sacrifices that each of them [my family], and each of our community public safety officers, make. This starts with an appreciation of those who protect and serve our community and a strong desire to support and give back to them!”
Also elected to the Executive Board is Richard Lee as President-Elect, Danny Thompson as Vice-President and James Sherrill as Treasurer.
Coming onboard as a new Board Member is Wade Duggins. Continuing Board Members are Wells Alderman, Ben Chambers, Jackie Danker, Lisa Geddie, Shawn Groover, Jason Poole, Lisa Saleeby-Powell, Jonathan Windham, Jeffrey Womble, Stephen Wheeler, and Kalli Ziegler. Our Ex-Officio members are Keith Allison, Murray Duggins, Jay Wyatt, and Billy West Jr.
