The Greater Fayetteville Chamber is celebrating several successes as they spring into the second half of 2023.
The Chamber recently reported that they have added more new members in the first six and a half months of 2023 than the total new members added in 2022. Additionally, it was announced that their revenue is running almost 60 days ahead of last year’s YTD numbers.
The Chamber’s annual State of the Community luncheon is coming up on Aug. 31st at the Crown. Speakers for the event will include the NC Commissioner of Labor - Josh Dobson, Dr. Toni Stewart – Chair of the County Commissioners, Dr. Marvin Connally – Cumberland County Schools, Dan Weatherly – Cape Fear Valley Health Systems, Mayor Mitch Colvin – City of Fayetteville and Zan Monroe with the Longleaf Pine Realtors. Tickets are on sale now online.
They’ve also just completed their office move to Bronco Square. They intend to have a formal open house closer to the holidays. This space will serve as a temporary home for the Chamber until they are able to move forward with plans Robertson previously shared of purchasing their own building.
