After spotting a mobile Chick-fil-A trailer in a vacant parking lot with a sign that said “Skibo to go” was coming soon, our Greater Fayetteville Business Journal team began investigating.
Chick-fil-A Skibo Square local Owner/Operator Cody Hopper shared further details about the newly operating food spot.
The Chick-fil-A-branded trailer is an additional distribution point for the restaurant and began serving food three weeks ago. They sell Original and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, Waffle Potato Chips, Chocolate Chunk Cookies, bottled tea and lemonade and bottled Coca-Cola products.
The truck has been serving customers at a location about a mile and a half from the Skibo Square Restaurant, but is equipped to go to other various locations. The Restaurant is currently working to develop a consistent schedule for the food truck and looks forward to sharing those details on its Facebook page with the local community in the future, confirmed Hopper.
“This is our opportunity to provide convenience and Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality to those who can’t come to our physical Restaurant,” said Hopper. “We are excited for the opportunity to serve our community – including those who will get a first taste of our delicious chicken sandwich.”
