Recently announced Railyard FVL, Fayetteville’s first and only food hall/food collective, is actively seeking food partners to operate food stalls within the entertainment venue. Railyard strives to recruit eight to 12 operators who will run their own small food and beverage business at Railyard.
Railyard FVL will be an open-air, al fresco food hall designed out of repurposed shipping containers. Food stall operators will serve a range of diverse, quality craft food to be enjoyed with the venue's 40 tap self pour beer garden, craft cocktail bar and wine cafe. Quality food with exceptional customer service and creating a family-friendly atmosphere inviting customers to stay are central to Railyard’s core mission of: Food. Family. Friends. Fun.
For potential food operators, Railyard’s entry point costs 61 percent of the cost of starting a food truck business and eight percent of the cost to open a brick-and-mortar establishment. Amenities included in the operator package include: marketing, common area seating, common area utilities, standard commercial kitchen equipment, point-of-sale system, live entertainment programming, event planning, security, trash disposal services, venue cleaning services and business development and mentorship.
Railyard FVL is owned and operated by Fayetteville native and active duty Army soldier, John F. Kistler, III.
