FCEDC’s John Hart receives BREC certification through Business Retention & Expansion International

The Fayetteville Cumberland Economic Development Corporation’s Director of Strategic Partnerships John Hart is celebrating a recent professional success after receiving his BRE Coordinator certification through Business Retention & Expansion International.
According to the BREI website, the BRE Coordinator (BREC) certification is the entry-level certification designed for those with a working knowledge and application of BRE, but have not yet risen to the level of a long-standing professional in the trade.
One must first complete the BREI Fundamentals Course before earning the BREC, and then must complete designated levels of education to maintain the certification.
Hart joined the FCEDC team in May of 2023 and is responsible for establishing and maintaining close relationships with key employers in the community while providing them with ongoing support.
John works closely with existing businesses and industries in the Fayetteville community. His work strives to build stronger relationships with and between existing employers, assisting them with any challenges they face and supporting their operations as they expand and grow.
