Vass restaurant owner to speak at Moore County Entrepreneurial Summit

The Moore County Economic Development partnership recently announced one of their featured speakers for their 2023 Moore Entrepreneurial Summit coming up in November. 

Darell Yates, Owner of Vass based HomeGrown Restaurants, LLC, will share how tapping into the strength of his local community helped him build his successful restaurant in Vass.

HomeGrown Restaurants, LLC opened its doors to the Vass community in 2020  and features breakfast, lunch and dinner options with a special focus on burgers, sandwiches, wraps and more. 

According to a social media post by the MCEDP, 

“Through HomeGrown Restaurant, [Yates has] created a space that not only offers delicious, locally sourced meals but also serves as a hub for community gatherings and events. He believes in the power of a strong local community and actively supports initiatives that uplift and strengthen Vass and its surrounding areas.” 

The 2023 Moore Entrepreneurial Summit will be held on Nov. 14th The Fair Barn in Pinehurst from 5:30-8:30pm. For more information & registration, click here.
