Oak Street Health opens second primary care center in Fayetteville

Oak Street Health is now welcoming patients at the new West Fayetteville center at 906 Bingham Dr. in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This is the second center for Oak Street Health in Fayetteville and the eleventh in the state.
