Chaney Enterprises acquires Concrete Solutions, LLC in Raeford, NC

Chaney Enterprises, a construction material supplier headquartered in Gambrills, MD has announced it has acquired Concrete Solutions, LLC in Raeford, NC.

The company made an official announcement of the deal on their website and on social media on Dec. 6.

“We're excited to announce the acquisition of Concrete Solutions, LLC! Concrete Solutions was an emerging company that ultimately intended to supply portions of central North Carolina with their two ready-mix locations in Raeford, NC and Goldston, NC,” shared to Company on Facebook.

Since the early 2000’s, Chaney Enterprises has seen tremendous growth in their geographic service areas and capabilities. With a plethora of recent acquisitions and partnerships, Chaney is now serving multiple market areas throughout Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia and will soon be opening their first ready-mix concrete plant in North Carolina after acquiring Concrete Solutions.

"Chaney Enterprises looks forward to bringing the Concrete Solution's assets to market and continuing to build Chaney's North Carolina footprint,” stated Hall Chaney, CEO of Chaney Enterprises in a press release. “We are eager to bring our service and culture to the local markets throughout the Carolinas. Our acquisition of Concrete Solutions brings us one step closer to accomplishing this goal."

With this acquisition, Chaney Enterprises will have three concrete plant locations operating out of North Carolina including in Raeford, Goldston and Powells Point expected to be coming soon.
