Local public relations agency announces major rebrand

Joy Cook Public Relations Group, LLC. (JCPR), a leading brand in public relations and digital communication changed its corporate name to TRUST Communications and has unveiled a new visual identity, new website, and new pillars for operation.  

TRUST Communications: A Crisis Management and PR Firm launched after a 6 month initiative to create a new brand identity that embodies the firm’s renewed sense of purpose and expertise, while capturing its unique culture and nearly fourteen years of success partnering with many of the country’s leading brands. 

"This rebrand has been an exciting transformational process. Removing my name from the company was an intentional decision. Our clients advise that they TRUST our award winning strategies and the most powerful people in the world TRUST us. The new brand name captures the essence of who we were at our core. We are excited about this new journey for our clients," shared Joy Cook, TRUST Communications Chief Executive Officer and Founder in a press release.

This announcement marks a significant milestone for the founder and president. Late last year, Cook went back to JCPR full-time after leading a multi-million dollar marketing, website and branding overhaul for an area university. 

“We lead the trends in our space and are leaders in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ChatGTP to enhance our client outcomes. Innovation is more than a word, it’s a new way of life and we are pioneering in this space,” concluded Cook.
