Regular diners of local sandwich shop Pan in downtown Fayetteville will now have an additional day to get their favorite paninis, sandwiches, salads, bagels and more.
The Pan team announced on their social media pages on Monday, Jan. 29 that they will now be open their regular hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday through Saturday.
Joining the restaurant scene in 2022, Pan, located at 105 Hay St, has become a staple lunch spot for members of the downtown community.
After growing the menu over the course of two years with a wide selection of their specialty sandwiches like the Sevvy, fresh made paninis like the LeClaire and more recently added breakfast menu and dessert options like the newly added whoopie pies, opening on Mondays was the most recent step for growth.
“From an individual business perspective, we had always intended to extend out to opening Mondays, we just had to get the plan, logistics with some of our smaller local vendors, and overall timing right for us.” shared Owner Brian Graybill.
He also added that the hope is to contribute to the downtown area by being open as often as possible.
“From a broader standpoint though, we love our downtown and in order to make it more desirable for folks to come and visit, shop, and eat, businesses need to be open. There are too many vacant/inactive storefronts as it is, and our being closed on a weekday wasn't helping move towards our goal of making the CSDD a more vibrant and busy place to work and explore,” Graybill concluded.
