43-acre development project coming to 3900 Ramsey St.

Impeccable Development, a Florida based commercial real estate development company will soon be starting a major construction project at 3900 Ramsey St. 

According to the company’s website, 

“This 43-acre project boasts an impressive 1,200 feet of frontage and is located on a busy retail corridor featuring national tenants Walmart, Lowe's, Ross, Chick-Fil-A and Big Lots. With 40,000+ ADT (average daily traffic) passing by, this location offers prime exposure for businesses looking to establish a strong presence in the area. The project also benefits from full access at a lighted intersection, making it easily accessible to both drivers and pedestrians.” 

In the company’s property overview, they highlighted the area as a “fast growing corridor on Ramsey St.” along with the location’s close proximity to Methodist University, Fayetteville Technical Community College and its proximity to Fort Bragg, now Fort Liberty. 

While anchor tenants for the property have yet to be announced by the company, according to Cumberland County’s Development Review Finder shows plans for a Whataburger location at 3860 Ramsey St.

Popular tenants for Impeccable Development properties include Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, Wawa, Sheetz and Starbucks. 

GFBJ did reach out to the Impeccable Development team for comment, but they did not respond before the deadline.
