Lori’s Ace Home & Hardware celebrates 1 year anniversary with Customer Appreciation Event

To celebrate one year of serving Fayetteville and the surrounding communities, Lori’s Ace Home & Hardware is hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 23.

Lori’s Ace, located in the Highland Center at 2800 Raeford Road, opened on March 15, 2023, to an eager community looking for a home and hardware store that can provide personal customer service.

Since opening, more than 11,000 customers have already enrolled in the free loyalty program called Ace Rewards, which provides coupons and discounts throughout the store.

“Every day we still have many first-time customers along with regular customers,” said Lori Tracy Stobbe, president and co-owner in a press release. “Positive feedback from customers has made this journey worth every minute. They appreciate the service, the convenience, the variety and the cleanliness of the store. And all the first-timers are surprised at how much is in the store.”

The Customer Appreciation event will include:

• A cookout with Vicious Pig BBQ, the exclusive Lori’s Ace BBQ partner

• A Lawn Care Workshop at 12 p.m. featuring a representative from Scott’s

• An Outdoor Power Equipment Workshop at 2 p.m. featuring Lori’s Ace experts

• Special deals on grills, paint and lawn and garden supplies

All activities are free and the workshops are drop-in style with no registration required.

“During this first year we’ve discovered that each of us wears many hats,” said Nate Stobbe, co-owner in a press release. “We’re problem solvers, finding the right solution for a homeowner. We’re scavenger hunters, looking for that one specific item that may be difficult to find for a customer. We’re personal shoppers, finding a special gift for a customer’s family member or friend. And sometimes we are just listeners when a customer is having a difficult day and needs a friendly face.”

Lori’s Ace provides a robust product selection from best brands like Benjamin Moore, Stihl, Ego, Toro, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Craftsman, Big Green Egg, Traeger, Weber, Yeti, Scout, Swig and Lego. The store is also an authorized Stihl repair dealer.

At nearly 20,000 square feet, the store also has an outdoor Garden Center and a vast selection of patio furniture, home and garden décor and gifts, toys and games, kitchen accessories and wild bird food and feeders.
