Riverbark Veterinary Hospital begins construction

The new Riverbark facility is being constructed next to the current Riverbark Veterinary Hospital.

Construction of a new facility for Riverbark Veterinary Hospital is underway.

The new facility is located next door to the current office, which is located at 2921 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.

“It is [Dale Brown’s] new vet clinic … The one next door is going to be open until he gets moved into the new one,” Delbert Soucier, owner and director of consulting at Critical Path Solutions, LLC said. Although the decision has not been finalized, according to Soucier, the existing facility may be renovated into a boarding facility or torn down for the construction of a new boarding facility.

If the current facility is torn down for ground-up construction, the design for the new boarding facility will start Sept. 1 and construction would start in January.

“We’re supposed to be done with the new facility by February,” said Soucier of the vet hospital in progress. “With what we were able to do on the front end and throughout, we are looking closer to being finished at the end of December, so we’ll probably be a couple months ahead of schedule there.”
