The ERA Unity Award honors the ERA Real Estate Company that demonstrates inclusiveness in their business practices. Some of the required criteria include print and/or online marketing using more than one language, completion of National Association of Realtors diversity training and a commitment to a diverse workforce and client base.

ERA Vice President of Franchise Performance Carissa Mucci joined in the celebration to present the award on behalf of the corporation. She commented on to good work taking place at ERA Strother in a written statement to GFBJ stating:

“ERA Strother Real Estate works hard every day to ensure that they create inclusivity in the communities they serve. Their leadership team and agents believe that it is their job to help everyone have a chance to own a home. I can’t think of a company that better embodies the spirit of the ERA Unity Award and I’m proud to work alongside leaders who work to make their communities better every day.”

The final award of the night was the Hall of Fame Award presented by Denise Strother herself.

The Hall of Fame was established to recognize those associates whose contributions to the profession and service to the Firm have been significant, substantial and long-standing.
