“Dirt to Door” certification course returns in April 2024

The Home Builders Association of Fayetteville is bringing back the popular education program “Dirt to Door” for a select group of new students.
The two day course was revived by the HBAF in September of 2023 and will now continue on April 24-25.
This program will take attendees from the dirt to the door of a new home. Learn the basics of new construction from the acquisition of the land to the final CO. Members of the HBAF and experts in their particular field will lead the sessions.
Upon completion of BOTH days of Dirt Door, students will have the designation of Certified New Home Sales Professional.
Graduates will also receive a certificate, lunch the second day, use of the logo, T-shirt and hard hat. The cost of the course is $99.
Due to the popularity of the program and limited spots available, organizers request those who have taken the course successfully in the past not sign up again to allow new students the chance to enroll.
