Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Association (LPR®) is proudly introducing its C.A.R.E.S. Campaign, embodying the association’s commitment to Community, Advocacy, Resources, Expertise, and Service. This initiative upholds the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and community engagement for its REALTOR® members and the Southeastern North Carolina communities they serve.

The C.A.R.E.S. Campaign is a significant milestone for LPR®, as it highlights the association's dedication to upholding its members to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and community engagement. By focusing on each letter of C.A.R.E.S., LPR® elevates its standards and enhances the overall experience for both LPR® members and the communities they serve.

The C.A.R.E.S. Campaign embodies the following five core principles:

Community: LPR® members are integral pillars within their communities, offering invaluable industry knowledge and service to clients and communities alike. They actively participate in various charitable initiatives, demonstrating their commitment to community betterment and making a positive impact beyond real estate transactions.
Advocacy: LPR® is dedicated to advocating for the protection of private property rights, fair housing, and the development of attainable housing in the communities it serves.
Resources: LPR® members have access to comprehensive market insights and expert guidance, empowering them to successfully serve each and every client.
Expertise: LPR® members are experts in the real estate industry with advanced knowledge of trends and opportunities in the ever-changing marketplace.
Service: LPR® members operate under a code of ethics, serving their clients with a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
