Cumberland County Tax Administration just announced the launch of the digital platform MyCCNCPay for a convenient, secure online payment of property taxes. The new platform offers residents a flexible, user-friendly way to pay property tax bills online.
The MyCCNCPay platform, which launched on April 15, 2024, offers customers the ability to manage bills and real-time payment processing. To sign up for online payments, go to myccncpay.cumberlandcountync.gov.
“We are pleased to add property taxes to the growing list of services residents can access through MyCCNCPay,” said Cumberland County Tax Administrator Joe Utley in a press release. “The online service prioritizes accessibility and ease-of-use and offers Cumberland County residents a convenient option to make payments this property tax season.”
Cumberland County residents are encouraged to pay property taxes with an electronic check, credit card or debit card via MyCCNCPay using any device. Payments may still be made in person or by mail. Property taxes are due each year on Sept. 1 and must be paid by Jan. 5 to avoid interest, penalties and/or collection proceedings.
The Cumberland County Tax Administration office is located on the 5th floor of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Cumberland County Courthouse, 117 Dick St., Fayetteville. The mailing address is P.O. Box 449, Fayetteville, NC 28302. For more information, call 910-678-7507 or go to cumberlandcountync.gov/tax.
