Women’s Business Center of Fayetteville at CEED and local partner PNC Bank to host Keys to Homeownership seminar

Join WBC Fay in partnership with PNC Bank for this guide to success for all first time homebuyers. 

This seminar will review key points of the home-buying process and cover the costs and responsibilities associated with homeownership. 

Participants can expect to examine topics such as:

• How credit affects the home buying process
• How debt and income are considered
• The different types of costs associated with a loan
• Loan programs and their differences

It will also introduce the Fayetteville Down-payment Assistance Programs to help make the goal of homeownership attainable.

The event will be held virtually and is free to attend. Two sessions are being offered:

• Monday, June 10, 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Monday, June 17, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
