Pinehurst Medical Clinic expands primary care in Pinehurst with new provider

Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) is excited to announce the addition of a primary care provider, Michele Hicks, FNP-C, to the dynamic team at PMC – Heather Glen. Hicks joins PMC with a wealth of experience and passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

With over ten years of clinical experience, Hicks brings a passion for preventative medicine and a commitment to building lasting relationships with patients. Hicks earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, KS, her master's degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND, and her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN.

"We are thrilled to welcome Michele Hicks, FNP-C, to our practice," said her supervising physician, Dr. Scott Luneau in a press release. "Her clinical excellence and compassion for promoting overall wellness align with our commitment to providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare services to our patients."

Hicks enjoys learning about her patients and their goals to partner with them to improve and maintain their health. Hicks states, "I believe in empowering patients by listening to what is important to them, incorporating modern medicine with holistic practices to develop health-conscious choices and lifestyles.

Hicks grew up in Los Angeles, California, and now resides in Harnett County with her husband, two dogs, and three cats. She is a cancer survivor.
