Cape Fear Studios uses Arts Council Grant to support its 2024-25 exhibition series and classes

Cape Fear Studios announced support of its 2024-25 Exhibition Series and classes with the help of a grant in the amount of $5,000.00 for program marketing from the Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County.

The grant will help Cape Fear Studios (CFS) facilitate their advertising capabilities as they expand their social and conventional media outreach. The funding will help bring CFS’s 11 art exhibits which feature various art genres, disciplines and artists to the attention of the community for their benefit/viewing of fine art, as well as highlighting and promoting their educational programs of small, student-oriented classes.

Cape Fear Studios’ Series Support grant from the Arts Council will help the agency for the entire season, to include: Sculpture and Miniature Art Challenge, ART (Alpha Romeo Tango) Military Exhibit, 6 by National competition, Clay Invitational, Members’ Holiday Show, Invitational Glass Exhibit, Cabin Fever Exhibit, Abstract Invitational, Collaborative Children’s and Artists’ Exhibit, Photography Exhibit, 14th National 2D Competition and various classes and workshops, to include drawing, painting, pottery, stained glass and photography.

Project Support Grants increase opportunities for access to arts, cultural and historical programming in Cumberland County.  The grants are awarded to nonprofit agencies, institutions of higher education and municipal entities in Cumberland County that demonstrate financial and administrative stability.

Cape Fear Studios is a small organization that offers the community a very personal art experience, both in education, showcasing local artists and providing rotating presentations of quality art of various disciplines.
