City of Fayetteville seeks to fill vacancies on boards and commissions

The City of Fayetteville announced through a press release on Monday that it has several vacancies for its boards and commissions. 

The available positions are as follows: four vacancies on the Board of Advisors for the Woodpeckers Capital Reserve Account; two vacancies on the Fayetteville-Cumberland Economic Development Board; one vacancy on the Joint City and County Appearance Commission; and one vacancy on the Stormwater Advisory Board.

Fayetteville residents can submit their applications for the positions until 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 13. Applications for the residents who qualify will be presented to the Appointment Committee next month, and the City Council will approve the new members of the boards and committees in November.

www.fayettevillenc.gov. From there, click click “City Council,” scroll to “Boards and Commissions” and click “Vacancies.”
