Lumbee Guaranty Bank announces new market leader for Lumberton

Lumbee Guaranty Bank (LGB) is pleased to announce that Bradley Strickland has been promoted to Market Leader for Lumberton.
Strickland will be responsible for all business development activities involving the three Lumberton branches and will be based out of the Fayetteville Road branch location in Lumberton.
“I want to congratulate Bradley. A valuable member of our team, he joined us in 2007 and has spent his entire banking career with Lumbee Guaranty Bank. Under his leadership, we look forward to expanding and enhancing our services for new and existing customers in Lumberton," said LGB's CEO Kyle R. Chavis in a press release.
Strickland’s banking career has spanned over 17 years, all of which have been with Lumbee Guaranty Bank.
According to his LinkedIn page, Strickland began as a teller for LGB in 2007, working his way up the corporate ladder to serve as a branch manager and lending officer, assistant VP and now market leader.
Strickland will assume his new role on July 29.
Bradley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He also just completed his third year of coursework through the North Carolina School of Banking. Bradley lives in Lumberton with his wife, Brittaney. They have three children, Kyland, Grayson, and Parker.
