The well-respected North Carolina Symphony will be performing a free concert live at Methodist University this week.

On Friday, Sept. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in MU’s Huff Concert Hall, the collection of talented musicians will be featuring one of the most cherished works in the classical repertoire, Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons”. Michelle Merill will conduct while Jacqueline Saed Wolborsky will be featured on the violin.

“I am so honored and excited to be able to play ‘The Four Seasons’ with my amazing colleagues of the North Carolina Symphony,” said Wolborsky in a press release. “Every time I come back to this timeless piece, I hear Vivaldi’s incredibly imaginative depiction of the seasons in a different way. The possibilities are endless and it’s why this piece remains as one of the most seminal pieces of its time.”
