Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of the Quality Inn Fayetteville, located at 562 Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, NC.

The Quality Inn & Suites is a newly-opened, mixed-corridor property, consisting of 129 rooms across three stories. Built in 1989, with major renovations in recent years, the property sits on a 2.96-acre parcel at the intersection of Skibo Road and All American Freeway. Fayetteville is the sixth-largest city in North Carolina, with strong military connections, and the Quality Inn & Suites benefits from the recent economic growth and business development in the area. 

The hotel also sits within 60 miles of Raleigh-Durham and 145 miles of Charlotte.

Colliers’ Prashant Merchant, Executive Vice President, Nic Wade, Vice President, and Ben Browndorf, Associate, handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.
