County Public Utilities office relocates to 698 Ann Street

The Cumberland County Public Utilities Department office has relocated from the Historic Courthouse at 130 Gillespie St., to the Cumberland County Solid Waste administrative offices at 698 Ann St., Fayetteville.

In-person payments are no longer accepted at the Historic Courthouse location. Payments via U.S. Postal Service should be mailed to 698 Ann St., Fayetteville, N.C. 28301.

Customers are encouraged to use the MyCCNCPay online payment platform at myccncpay.cumberlandcountync.gov or make payments by phone at 910-621-2120. Both online and phone payments can be made at any time.
