Cumberland County presents 2025 revaluation of real property schedules, standards and rules

Cumberland County Tax Administrator Joseph Utley presented the Schedules, Standards and Rules to be used in the 2025 revaluation of real property to the Board of Commissioners on Monday, Oct. 7. 

A copy of the manual, generally referred to as the Schedule of Values, is available online at cumberlandcountync.gov/tax and in the Tax Administrator’s office, Room 570, in the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse at 117 Dick Street.

The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed Schedules, Standards and Rules, which outline the revaluation processes and formulas, on Oct. 21 at 6:45 p.m. in Room 118 of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell Courthouse.
