Railyard FVL announces future location

Railyard FVL, an open-air food hall concept coming soon to Fayetteville has announced they have chosen the site for their official location. Owner and founder John Kistler posted a photo to share that 415 West Russell Street has been chosen as the future home of “Fayetteville's premier destination establishment.”

Kistler made the announcement on the business’s Facebook page on Oct. 20. Along with announcing the new location, it was also announced that vendor recruitment and pre-licensing is now open to interested businesses.

“We are looking for unique food operators to fill our space as Fayetteville's premier arts and entertainment destination! Railyard FVL offers a robust equipment package and low start-up investment. Other amenities include: marketing, entertainment programming, recreational facilities, utilities, equipment maintenance, grounds maintenance, trash and grease disposal, provided point-of-sale system, property taxes, facility insurance and more,” read the post on Facebook.

With plans to feature eight to 12 craft and concept food vendors, a craft beer garden, wine cafe and cocktail bar, Railyard FVL has contracted with Critical Path Solutions LLC for the design and construction of the space.

Uniquely designed to match its name, Railyard FVL will be designed using repurposed shipping containers. All of the food vendors will operate out of a 20-40 foot container, while customers will enjoy 15,000 square feet of common space for dining, relaxing, and socializing.

According to the owners, the goal is to get people gathering and socializing in a comfortable space.

“Our vendor application is up - pre-licensing now! Pre-licenses are non-binding so there is little risk on a vendor's part. We are currently scheduling presentations and meeting with potential vendors to share information,” shared the owners on Facebook.
