Longleaf Pine Realtors celebrates new leadership & award winners

Longleaf Pine Realtors (LPR) has announced the installation of its 2025 Board of Directors, ushering in a dynamic leadership team dedicated to advancing the Association’s mission and supporting the local real estate industry and the communities and consumers it serves. This new leadership team was installed at the Association's Fall Luncheon on Nov. 19 and will begin serving in their new roles on January 1, 2025.

Officers Installed:

David Zeitz – President

Candilee Quigley – President-Elect

Tiffany Jones – Vice President, Public Relations

Melissa McKinney – Vice President, Education

Paula Dingwall – Vice President, Membership

Suzanne Pennink – Treasurer/Secretary

Directors Installed:

Megan Gerber – Past President

Amanda Smith – MLS Director

David Sattelmeyer – Director (2023-2025)

Charles Fennel – Director (2023-2025)

Antonio Jones – Director (2024-2026)

Deno Hondros – Director (2024-2026)

Kevin Wester – Director (2025-2027)

Nakia Nelson – Director (2025-2027)

Chris Tacia – Sanford Council Director

David Zeitz, incoming President, shared his enthusiasm for the year ahead, stating in a press release, "I’m honored to lead such a talented and dedicated group of professionals. Together, we will continue to build on the Association's legacy of excellence, empowering Realtors to serve our community and drive growth in the real estate industry, which, in turn, will help our local economy."

The newly installed leadership will guide the Association in 2025, focusing on professional development for members and community engagement initiatives that support the needs of LPR members and the communities they serve.

The Association also announced the winners of this year's awards honoring excellence within the local Realtor community. The 2024 LPR REALTOR® of the Year was awarded to Kevin Wester, recognizing his outstanding dedication, professionalism, and contributions to the industry and the community. The 2024 LPR Affiliate of the Year, Grayson Chavonne with Single Source, demonstrated unparalleled support and partnership with the Association, helping to foster growth and innovation within the real estate sector.
