The city is proud to present a refreshed version of FayettevilleNC.gov, which will go live on Tuesday, Feb. 11.

The newly designed website features a brand-new look and feel, updated features and a fast, easy to use mobile interface. The new version of the city’s website is guided by principles to facilitate the best possible experience for residents, local business owners and visitors.

The site was designed using feedback from surveys and key analytics from the most visited pages and requested services.

Benefits of the updated site include faster load times and better optimization for search engines as well as more intuitive navigation to help people get to what they need faster and with fewer clicks.

Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation (FCPR.us) and Airport (FlyFay.com) webpages are incorporated within the updated website, providing residents with a one-stop, seamless, user-friendly experience on one platform.

Some service and program information will be temporarily unavailable while new content is added to the site.

The redesign effort was led by the city’s Marketing and Communications and Information Technology Departments, in collaboration with Granicus, a leading provider of cloud-based, citizen engagement software solutions to the public sector, and all citywide departments.

If you have issues locating service or program information, call 910-433-1FAY(1329).
