Fort Bragg Liberty Ambassador Induction to recognize leaders in the community

The annual Liberty Ambassador Induction Ceremony is coming up on Feb. 20. It will be hosted by Lt. Gen. Greg Anderson, Commanding General, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, with Command Sgt. Maj. Bryan Barker, Command Sgt. Maj., XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg.
“This event recognizes leaders across the greater Fort Bragg area for their efforts in connecting the installation to our local community. They go above and beyond to improve the lives of our Soldiers, Families and Civilians,” shared the Corps in a press release.
This year’s inductees are:
- Mr. Darrell Allison, Fayetteville State University Chancellor
- Mr. George Bond, Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union Vice Chairman
- Command Sgt. Maj. (Retired) Thomas Capel, 82nd Memorial Association President Emeritus
- Ms. Kim Gilley, Patriot Foundation President
- Command Sgt. Maj. (Retired) Brian Knight, Fayetteville Marksmen Director of Corporate Partnerships
- Command Sgt. Maj. (Retired) Jimmie Spencer, North Carolina Retiree Committee Co-Chair
Inductees will be recognized with a distinct maroon blazer as a symbol of their commitment to the installation and its goodwill.
