Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity passes the keys to new homeowners; Home dedication scheduled for April 25 at 3 p.m.

The Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity is celebrating two newly completed homes going to two deserving families in the Fayetteville area.
On Wednesday, April 23, the organization celebrated the construction of a new home at 309 Maloney St. for the Saldivar partner family with a dedication ceremony that took place at 3 p.m. The new homeowner, Ms. Saldivar, thanked all those who worked hard to help them reach this goal.

“The passion Ms. Saldivar has shown throughout the homeownership process has made it clear that she deeply desires the opportunity to provide her family with a safe and stable home. As a dedicated mother, she always goes above and beyond for her children, no matter what the circumstance. A close friend once said, ‘Her integrity, compassion for others, and unwavering motivation are unmatched,’” shared the organization in a statement.
Today, April 25, FAHFH will celebrate the construction of a new home at 308 Maloney St. for the Newman partner family. A dedication ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. The new homeowner, Ms. Newman, thanked all those who have worked hard to help them reach this goal.
FAHFH and all of the families would like to give thanks to the City of Fayetteville and the grants given that assisted in making the American dream of homeownership come to life for these families.
Through monetary donations, materials and volunteer labor, Fayetteville Area Habitat for
Humanity was able to build the homes and sell them at an affordable price.
