Long-time North Carolina real estate professional starts new commercial construction company

Wes Davis recently launched his own commercial construction company in partnership with the business investor Toliver Parks. Together, the two bring 69 years of combined construction experience to the industry.

Davis was trained by Rodgers Builders and later served as president of Commercial Building, Inc. for 14 years where he accomplished 312 commercial projects including upfits and new buildings. 

“I just had a desire to start my own company. So I own 49% of, we call it CCC, Commercial Construction Contractors and Toliver Parks from Parks Building Supply owns 51%...it was just time, I just wanted a little more control of the books and then the business,” shared CCC President and Lead Project Manager Davis. 

CCC specializes in commercial upfits.

The business began operations in January of this year and is gaining traction in the community. In addition to Davis the team features an office manager and two superintendents. One project the company has coming up in a couple weeks is upfitting Abney Chapel located at 2996 Rosehill Road in Fayetteville.
