The Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Cool Spring Downtown District and the Greater Fayetteville Chamber have partnered up for a county-wide survey.
The survey will allow Cumberland County residents to voice their opinions so that the organizations can understand how to better serve the people that live here.
“The purpose of the Fayetteville Stakeholders survey is to evaluate community perception among residents and the area business community,” said Melody Foote, director of communications for the FACVB. "This study explores how the community sees itself, what attractions & activities are viewed as tourism assets, and how engaged they are with Fayetteville Area CVB, Chamber of Commerce, and Cool Spring Downtown District and the programs/resources they offer.”
The organizations are utilizing H2R Market Research for the study, the nation’s leader in travel and tourism research. “H2R specializes in providing customized market research services in the Attraction, Destination, and Hospitality Industries, and other areas impacting consumer quality of life,” Foote said. “CVB leadership has experience working with H2R for decades and has found them the best in the business.”
