Crunch Fitness signs lease for Fayetteville location

Jack Robertson of Paramount Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the successful lease of 35,300 square feet at 1240 Ireland Drive in Fayetteville, N.C. on behalf of JF Fitness of North America, a premier Crunch Fitness franchise operator.
This lease represents a strategic expansion for Crunch Fitness into the Fayetteville market, bringing the brand’s signature high-value, low-price fitness experience to another North Carolina community.
“We are thrilled to help JF Fitness secure this excellent location in Fayetteville,” said Jack Robertson in a press release. “The space will allow Crunch Fitness to deliver a top-tier fitness experience and meet growing demand in this vibrant market.”
Robertson represented JF Fitness in the transaction.
Bill McFadyen of Riddle Commercial Properties represented the landlord in the transaction.
The new Crunch Fitness facility will feature state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group fitness classes, personal training and an inclusive atmosphere. Buildout will begin immediately, with an anticipated opening in late 2025.
