NC Quick Pass now available in Harris Teeter locations across North Carolina

NC Quick Pass is now partnering with Harris Teeter, adding the NC Quick Pass Sticker to 150 stores across all of North Carolina and nearly tripling the number of retailers selling Transponders on the Go.

“No matter where you live in North Carolina, purchasing a transponder and saving 50% on all in-state tolls should be quick, easy and convenient,” said NC Quick Pass Program Deputy Director Angela Queenland in a press release. “This partnership reinforces our commitment to expanding customer options and meeting people where they are.”

Harris Teeter joining NC Quick Pass marks the first partner to make Sticker transponders available across the state.

“Harris Teeter is excited to offer our customers another convenient service right at our stores,” said Danna Robinson, Director of Corporate Affairs and Customer Relations in a press release. “Harris Teeter customers already enjoy great savings at the pump by using Harris Teeter Fuel Points to save up to $1 per gallon at our Harris Teeter Fuel Centers. Now, they can also save on tolls by purchasing an NC Quick Pass transponder in-store.”

To purchase a Sticker transponder at Harris Teeter, grab a Sticker transponder voucher from the gift card section and turn it in at the customer service desk to receive your new transponder.

Finding a partnership location

To purchase a Transponder on the Go in-person, customers can visit ncquickpass.com/find-on-the-go and use the interactive map to find the nearest location.  Within the Greater Fayetteville Business Journal’s coverage area, the following locations now offer the service: 

Activating transponders:   

Once purchased, customers must activate their new Transponder on the Go before traveling on a toll facility. Customers can do so by visiting ncquickpass.com/activate.
