Bounty Farmhouse Kitchen & Tap announces grand opening in Fayetteville

A fresh and flavorful concept is planting roots in Fayetteville. Bounty Farmhouse Kitchen & Tap is excited to announce the grand opening of its first location at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, at 4150 Sycamore Dairy Road, the former site of Mash House Brewing Company. 

With a menu that showcases locally sourced ingredients and beers brewed on-site, Bounty is poised to become a community favorite for both locals and visitors. Leading the vision is Chris Beal, a fifth-generation farmer from Chatham County, who brings his North Carolina roots and passion for farm-to-table dining to every dish. 

“It was our goal to create a concept that brings Fayetteville elevated flavors directly from North Carolina farms, while also being a great place for families and friends to dine together,” said Beal in a press release.

The menu highlights a bold mix of upscale Southern comfort and locally inspired innovation. Guests can expect standout appetizers like Cheerwine Meatballs, Piedmont Poutine, and Pork Belly Bites. The menu also features a variety of salads and a mouthwatering burger selection, including the Bee’s Knees with goat cheese crema, candied bacon, arugula and a hot honey drizzle.

Entrees include Blueberry Short Rib and Bone Marrow Butter Filet, along with vegetarian options such as Fried Cauliflower Tacos and their Farmers Market Roasted Vegetable Plate. For dessert, their house-made Seasonal Fruit Sonker and Fruit Tart promise a sweet ending. A family-friendly vibe is central to the concept, complete with a thoughtfully crafted kids’ menu.

To honor the building’s brewing legacy, Bounty will continue serving a variety of house-brewed craft beers, including their signature Red Range Amber Ale and Bountiful Blonde.
