Hope Mills announces temporary closure of Park Blvd

This notice is to inform the public of the temporary closure of the entrance to Park Blvd off of Rockfish Road as part of the ongoing NCDOT widening project currently under construction. The closure is necessary for the installation of roadway improvements and additional infrastructure work.

Closure schedule:

Begins: Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

Ends: Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.

Citizens needing access to the Hope Mills Municipal Complex can gain access off of Rockfish Road and La Priest Street.

Signage and notifications will be installed throughout the area in advance to provide clear detour directions and closure dates. Please refer to the attached map for the location of barricades, detour routes, and message board signage.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work in partnership with NCDOT to complete this important infrastructure improvement for Hope Mills,” said the town in a statement.
