HBAF’S Industry Insight Series returns to Segra Stadium on Oct. 9

The Home Builders Association of Fayetteville (HBAF) is inviting professionals from across their industry to join them for their third Industry Insight Series of 2025: “Building the Market: New Construction Listing Agent Panel.”
Join them on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025 from 3-5 p.m. at Segra Stadium’s AEVEX Veterans Club to hear from five area listing agents who have successfully marketed and sold homes for some of the top builders in the greater Fayetteville market. Panelists will share their expertise on proven marketing strategies, key agent responsibilities and insights into today’s new construction market trends through preplanned questions and an audience Q&A session.
Panelists include Tony de la Vega of Tier One Real Estate Services, Jay Dowdy from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Brian O'Connell with Welcome Home Team, Corinne Smith with Team Elite and Danny Thompson from Team Thompson.
Organizers shared that they pulled from a roster of HBAF members when building the panel.
“Some of these [panelists] have done it for 20 years, working with listing agents or builders directly,” shared Chair of the PR Committee for HBAF and Master of Ceremonies for the event Shawn Groover. “The biggest takeaway is to come out and learn from your peers, learn some of their thoughts or mistakes or successes and how they've gotten to where they are and how they have become successful in their industry.”
Registration is open but the event is limited to 100 seats. Following the panel, there will be a Member Mingle event from 5-6 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and can be found here.
